 Fifteen overnight spots for self-contained RVs (for elderly and special needs) will be reserved at Glacier Peak High School. Camping for 50 self-contained RVs (no water, sewer, or electrical hookup) and 50 tents will be available nearby at Willis Tucker Community Park. See reservation details under “RV/Tent Site” heading.

The school locker rooms are available for showers. It is a ten-minute walk, but regular shuttle service will be provided. Attendants will be onsite Thursday, starting at 8:00 a.m., to help you move into a spot, and will provide security from 7:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.

In addition to camping, blocks of rooms (395 rooms total) have been reserved at local hotels. These rooms can be booked using the reservation code noted in the hotel listings. Reserve early to get the group rate.

Meals will be provided onsite throughout the services with a variety of food options. Cafeteria options for lunch and dinner will be available daily, and an outdoor grill will serve throughout the day. A concession stand will offer snacks and blended coffee beverages. Coffee service will be ongoing throughout the weekend.

Sweet Treat Card

New to Summer Services is the Sweet Treat Card! This is a pre-paid non-refundable punch card ($5, $10, or $20), that can be used to purchase onsite coffee drinks and concession stand items. This card is a convenient and secure way for your children to purchase their goodies and helps to speed up the purchase process.

Food Allergies

Each meal will include at least one gluten-free option and some meals several options. Gluten-free hamburger buns will be available. Sometimes dairy free options are available. We will not prepare any foods with peanuts.

Alaskan BBQ Fundraiser

Welcome to a BBQ fundraiser dinner which will take place Thursday, July 5 at the service site. Serving times will take place at 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The meal cost will be by donation the night of the dinner, but there is a $10/person fee to reserve your spot. As a convenience for families, a limited amount of pizza will be available. A whole pizza and up to four pops can be purchased for $12. Additional donations are welcome.
