The Christ Child’s birth was a marvelous part of God’s salvation plan. Through the centuries it has inspired many songwriters and composers to set the events of that time to music. This LLC Christmas choral album contains 19 of those songs – including songs of Zion, traditional carols, and Scandinavian Christmas songs, some especially translated for this recording. These were sung by a project choir in southern Minnesota. Liisa Keranen directed.
